Scientific software

Research you can
work with.

Scientific computing environments and model implementations that connect mathematical ideas with practical investigation.

01 / Computational physiology

GTG Cell Studio

Windows research preview

Model editing, experimental-data inspection, simulation, fitting and scientific figures in one native application. The computational realisation of the General Theory of Gating.

Evaluation access

The public repository distributes the compiled application. An installation key is required; contact me using the address in the release instructions.

What is public

Release information and application downloads. The GTG implementation source and complete theory/language manuals are not published in this repository.

02 / Computational mathematics

Pentarnion Studio

Open-source research preview

A scientific programming environment combining a MATLAB-style command window, script editor, native numerical modules and dockable figures for algebra and numerical experiments.

Supported contexts include Pentarnions alongside real, complex, quaternion and other documented algebras. Operand order and parentheses are preserved in nonassociative multiplication. Consult the specifications for the exact operations and numerical limits.
